Junior QA Tester

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior QA Tester . Youll play a key role in testing hardware and software, identifying issues, and ensuring product quality across our mobile and web platforms. This is a great opportunity to grow your QA skills in a hands-on, collaborative environment. : Test mobile devices for hardware/software functionality and compatibility. Report and track defects , assisting in bug investigations . Test firmware updates and new hardware for integration with our software suite . Assist in QA testing for mobile apps and web portals. Work closely with QA, R&D, and Development teams in agile sprints . Document testing results and maintain hardware compatibility records. Provide internal product support when needed. : Basic understanding of software/hardware testing. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. ISTQB/SASTQB certification (advantageous). Prior experience in QA or IT (advantageous).
