Job Description

Job Description: We are looking for a motivated Showroom Sales Consultant to join a high-end showroom team. You will assist clients with selecting and purchasing tiles, taps, accessories, and more for new projects or renovations. The role may also involve telephonic canvassing to generate business. Working hours: Monday to Friday 8 am - 5 pm Saturdays from 8.30 am - 1 pm, with one Saturday off per month Key Competencies: Positive, hands-on, proactive attitude Team player and accountable Work well under pressure Efficiently handle difficult customers Attention to detail and professional appearance Excellent etiquette and interpersonal skills Requirements: Proven history of excellent customer service Ability to meet monthly sales targets 35 years showroom sales experience, preferably in construction/tiling Strong communication skills (written & verbal) Microsoft Office proficiency and sound arithmetic skills Flair for design and creativity Negotiation skills Own transport and valid drivers license Minimum qualification: Matric Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
