Chief Technology Officer

Were looking for a hands-on CTO to lead our clients technology function and drive the development of their platform. Youll shape the technical roadmap, build and scale the engineering team, and ensure their technology strategy aligns with business goals. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end features for the platform Architect and implement scalable backend systems and APIs Collaborate with product teams to deliver intuitive, high-quality user interfaces Mentor and guide engineers, fostering growth and collaboration Lead by example in writing well-tested, maintainable, and high-quality code Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks, bugs, and performance issues Requirements: 8 years in software development with leadership/architect experience Expertise in backend development (Python/Django or similar) and cloud architecture (AWS) Proven experience building scalable tech teams and platforms Strong system design, security, and performance optimization skills Bonus: AI/ML or data analytics experience Should you meet the requirements for this position, please email your CV to it.vacancy@stand-outstaffing.co.za .
