Overview Legal Counsel, Regional Investment Bank. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading regional investment bank and brokerage with a strong presence across Asia. The role reports to the Head of Legal and will support a wide range of business and functional areas, including Private Banking, Financial Markets Coverage, Investment Banking, and Corporate functions. Responsibilities include providing legal advice on the Bank's operations and products, drafting and negotiating agreements (e.g., NDAs, ISDA/GMRAs, outsourcing and service agreements), and advising on regulatory developments and new requirements. Strong drafting, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
