Head of Finance - Premier Insurer (SG-based)

Overview This premier insurer is committed to strengthening its finance function as it continues to grow in the region. It is now seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Finance to be based in Singapore. Responsibilities Oversee financial reporting, business partnering, controllership, operational finance, investment and regulatory matters. Lead the timely submission of financial reports and ensure robust internal controls are in place; continuously enhance control frameworks to support governance. Manage key stakeholders and vendors while driving finance transformation initiatives related to regulatory updates, system enhancements and strategic decision-making. Qualifications At least 15 years of experience in the insurance industry with deep expertise in end-to-end finance. Prior experience in the insurance sector preferred, with a proven track record of leading finance teams and deep technical expertise in IFRS, MAS regulatory reporting and financial controls. Proven leadership in managing teams, driving performance, and thriving in a dynamic environment. Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
