Pay Information $1,751 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Progressive Care Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years of hospital experience License: Active Texas RN License required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Must-Have: Candidates without the following skills will not be considered for the role: - 2 years of hospital experience - NIH certification - BLS certification - ACLS certification Description: We recognize the unique needs of each of our patients. Unit staffing includes a nurse-to-patient ratio of 3:1. Documentation is managed through Meditech. Nursing duties include the ability to perform peripheral IV starts, Foley and NGT insertions. The role involves cardiac monitoring and some hemodynamic monitoring. Candidates must have strong floating capabilities as needed. Our dress code requires navy scrubs for nursing staff. Nails should be clean and hair well-groomed. Visible body art should be covered whenever possible.
