Travel Nurse RN - Med/Surg - $2,137 per week in Euclid, OH

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical/Surgical Telemetry Duration: 18 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 18 months recent Medical/Surgical Telemetry experience is required. License: Must have a valid Ohio license or compact state license in hand. Certifications: BLS and ACLS are required. Must-Have: Recent Epic charting experience within the last six months is required. One recent reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required for consideration. Candidate must be able to work at least every other holiday. Completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate during orientation is required. An acceptable score on both assessments is required to proceed. Description: All requirements listed in the job description are non-negotiable. This position is for a registered nurse specializing in Medical/Surgical Telemetry for a night shift. The candidate must have a minimum of 18 months permanent experience in Medical/Surgical Telemetry prior to travel. All required certifications must be active, with nothing pending. Traveler may not have any background checks that show an open case, and the facility will not accept any license infractions. Nurses are exempt from nicotine-free facility requirements temporarily. All other travelers must be nicotine-free. Candidates must complete necessary background and fingerprinting procedures prior to their start date. Modules required for the role must be completed, and any additional time required for pre-start modules is non-billable. Annual modules required by the facility will apply to travelers who have been on contract for a continuous year. Candidates should be prepared for a drug screening as part of the application process. Failure to meet any of these requirements may result in disqualification from the position.
