Job Description

The successful candidate must bring a blend of technical expertise, project management proficiency, and strong interpersonal skills. They will oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery. Candidate Responsibilities: Lead and motivate construction teams with strong leadership and delegation skills. Plan, coordinate, and monitor project schedules and milestones. Manage multiple priorities while ensuring deadlines are met. Ensure compliance with all safety codes, standards, and regulations; enforce safety protocols and conduct regular inspections. Supervise construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring efficiency and quality workmanship. Buy and order materials for each phase of the project. Oversee budget and cost control, ensuring projects remain within financial constraints. Conduct quality control checks to ensure work meets required specifications. Resolve conflicts and unforeseen challenges promptly while keeping the project on track. Maintain accurate reporting and communication with management. Read and interpret building plans accurately. Manage and maintain construction equipment and tools effectively. Candidate Requirements: Relevant technical/construction knowledge and experience. 24 years experience in a similar role. Strong problem-solving, planning, and scheduling skills. Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work under pressure. Excellent interpersonal and bilingual communication skills. Valid Drivers License: Code 10 PDP. Must be flexible and willing to work on days off when required. Strong attention to detail with a hands-on approach. This is a live-in position.
