Internal Sales Administrator

Qualifications Matric Relevant Diploma will be advantageous Requirements 4 - 6 years Internal Sales experience in Local / Technical Sales Knowledge of Microsoft Office Understanding of Inventory Control ERP systems knowledge (e.g. Sage X3 Advantageous) Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in English and other languages Duties Receive and process sales orders Ensure all sales order processing and customer queries are handled timeously Follow up on back orders Arrange product and marketing samples as requested by customers and External Salespersons Liaise with the stores regarding, incoming stock and deliveries to customer Assist the sales teams as and when required Assist with stock take Assist with Debtors collections on continuous basis Execute tasks for other divisions Continuous support to other branches Undertake other duties and responsibilities as directed within scope
