Job Description
Overview: This role reports directly to the Regional Manager and is responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring smooth warehouse and administrative functions. Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Engagement Develop new customer accounts and grow market share. Analyse local market trends to identify opportunities. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Support the sales team in achieving branch targets. Resolve sales queries and ensure accurate pricing updates. Lead regular sales meetings and performance reviews. Financial & Administrative Oversight Manage commission and overtime claims. Authorise credit notes and ensure journal accuracy. Reconcile transactions and oversee petty cash. Ensure daily banking and audit readiness. Warehouse & Stock Management Monitor stock levels and ensure timely dispatch and receipt. Maintain stock quality and processing accuracy. Team Leadership & Compliance Supervise branch staff across all departments. Maintain attendance records and manage absenteeism. Enforce safety regulations and coordinate training. Liaise with Head Office on HR, IR, and Health & Safety matters. Communicate updates and evaluate branch performance. Requirements â Essential: Grade 12 certificate ⨠Advantageous: N6 Certificate in Electrical Engineering 5 years experience in branch or assistant management Strong MS Office skills ( K8 system knowledge preferred ) Solid understanding of electrical products Valid drivers licence Familiarity with the Hoedspruit area
