Implement efficient processes to enhance operational effectiveness. Collaborate with other departments to streamline workflows. The Successful Applicant What's on Offer Risk Management: Monitor operational risks and implement risk mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Conduct periodic audit and reviews. Technology and Systems: Oversee IT infrastructure and systems related to operations. Work closely with the IT team to enhance operational tools and platforms. Troubleshoot any technical issues promptly. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the operations team. Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork. Drive performance excellence. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Minimum 10 years of experience in financial operations, preferably within a brokerage or capital markets environment. Strong understanding of securities operations, settlements, and regulatory frameworks. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
