Data Analyst

Job Title - Data Analyst Reference: 982 Location: South Yorkshire Type: Permanent Job Summary: We are currently representing a role on behalf of our client based in the South Yorkshire region who have rapidly grown in recent years and have very exciting plans to continue their growth and are now looking to add a Data Analyst to the team. * This is a brilliant opportunity to join our client who are based in South Yorkshire as a Data Analyst and kickstart your analytical career. You’ll transform raw data into strategic insights, influencing key business decisions and supporting ongoing growth initiatives. Main Duties: * Collect, clean and organise large datasets from multiple sources, ensuring data integrity through regular validation checks. * Analyse trends and patterns to uncover actionable insights, then present clear recommendations to stakeholders. * Build and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Excel, Power BI or Tableau. * Collaborate with site engineers, remote systems teams and business units to understand data requirements and tailor reports accordingly. * Monitor condition-based monitoring (CBM) data returned from field systems, identify anomalies, and suggest practical resolutions. Person Specification: * Strong planning and organisation skills * Proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus. * Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting insights. * Adaptability and resilience when facing new challenges or shifting priorities. * A collaborative mindset, positive attitude, and the ability to build lasting working relationships
