Field Sales Team Leader

We are seeking experienced and self-motivated Field sales team leader to join our team in Umlazi and Kwamashu. If you have a proven record of leading sales team, love coaching others, and can thrive with minimal supervision, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities: Lead and manage a field sales team of 20 agents from the front Provide daily feedback and coaching to store/site managers and team members. Train field agents on product knowlegde, sales techniques and customer service. Monitor and drive team performance to meet and exceed team sales targets. Schedule and conduct regular field activities and briefings. Work with minimal supervision;take ownership of outcomes and results. Report daily and escalate issues as needed to management. Ensure compliance with company policies and stardardised processes.
