Insurance Account Handler

About the Role: As an Account Handler, you'll support our Account Executives and clients across a diverse insurance portfolio, helping manage policies, renewals, and client communications. This is a fast-paced, client facing role ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships and problem-solving. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and administer existing client accounts, ensuring all needs are met promptly and professionally. • Process renewals, mid-term adjustments, and new business quotes. • Prepare accurate documentation and policy schedules. • Liaise with insurers to negotiate competitive premiums and cover. • Support Account Executives with client visits and communications. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market products and compliance requirements. What We're Looking For: • Experience in commercial insurance (broker or insurer background preferred). • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. • Familiarity with industry platforms and software (Acturis knowledge a bonus). • Cert CII qualified or working towards (desirable but not essential).
