About the Company An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Corporate Solicitor to join a reputable legal practice in the Portsmouth area. They are a full-service law firm that are seeking a Solicitor with the ability to work on Corporate matters independently. About the Role Duties will include: Advising clients on mergers, acquisitions and other corporate transactions. Drafting, reviewing and negotiating corporate agreements, including shareholder agreements and company restructuring documentation. Conducting legal due diligence and preparing related documentation. Staying up-to-date with changes in corporate law and regulatory developments. Collaborating with internal teams on transactions. Active involvement with business development. Qualifications Corporate fee earning experience essential. 3 years PQE. Required Skills Have very high level of technical competence. Marketing and business development skills. Proven track record of meeting targets. Have strong interpersonal skills. Sound legal knowledge. Pay range and compensation package Salary dependent on experience: £60k 25 days Holiday. Hybrid & Flexible working. Company pension.
