Production Team Leader Working hours: Monday to Friday Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 p/a Location: Reading, UK We're hiring a proactive and hands-on Production Team Leader (Line Leader) to oversee production line operations at our facility in Reading. Key Responsibilities of the Production Team Leader Lead daily activities on the production line to meet output and quality goals. Promote and ensure health, safety, and cleanliness on the shop floor. Identify and resolve issues quickly to maintain smooth production flow. Support training and performance feedback for line team members. Maintain accurate production records and support continuous improvement efforts. Ensure proper shift handovers and line readiness. What Youll Need for the Production Team Leader At least 1 year of manufacturing experience (35 years preferred). Strong organisational and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret technical drawings and lead by example.
