This role is based in its Telford office and applications are welcome from both full-time and part-time candidates. The Role: You will manage your own caseload from day one, covering a broad range of childcare law , including: Care proceedings (applications for Care Orders and Supervision Orders) Private law proceedings (Child Arrangements Orders, Specific Issues Orders, Prohibited Steps Orders) Special Guardianship Order applications Placement and Adoption Order applications Discharge of Care and Placement Orders Non-Molestation and Occupation Orders What’s on Offer?
