Systems Engineer (TS/SCI FSP) with Security Clearance

FJM Innovative Technologies, LLC is seeking a Systems Engineer with a strong Assessment & Authorization (A&A) background to support mission-focused environments in Chantilly, VA. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in system security documentation, programming, and data visualization to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness. Location: Chantilly, VA Clearance Required: TS/SCI FSP Position Type: Full-Time On Site Closing: 9/3/2025 Key Responsibilities: • Develop, review, and maintain System Security Plans (SSPs) and Body of Evidence (BOE) documentation to support A&A processes. • Apply strong technical skills in Java and Oracle PL/SQL to support system integration and performance. • Design and implement interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools to provide actionable insights to stakeholders. • Collaborate with security, development, and operations teams to ensure systems meet compliance • requirements and mission needs. Mandatory Skills: • Demonstrated experience creating and reviewing System Security Plans (SSPs) and Body of Evidence (BOE)documentation. • Demonstrated experience using Java and Oracle PL/SQL languages. • Demonstrated experience developing interactive dashboards and reports with data visualization tools.
