Summary TTG Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Software Test Engineer with exceptional communication and technical skills. We are looking for someone to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products by designing, executing, and maintaining comprehensive test plans while managing complex stakeholder expectations.Description Test the user interface for expected behavior and accessibility. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product owners, and senior leadership to understand project goals and quality standards. Conduct security testing for the API and ensure that the applications remain stable. Create and manage JIRA tickets for bugs and tasks. Assist with content management in Confluence and improve team workflow visualization in JIRA. Lead Tier 1 and 2 troubleshooting efforts post-launch and support documentation efforts. Help with security log reviews and support tools like Elastic Real User Monitoring (RUM) and App Performance Monitor (APM). Communicate testing results, risks, and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Identify, document, and track software defects and drive timely resolution. Adapt testing strategies in response to shifting priorities and evolving business needs. Provide regular status updates to senior leadership.
