Microsoft Engineer with Security Clearance

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Systems Engineer to support critical migrations and deployments across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Azure Cloud. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 implementations and can lead or assist with design, migration, and deployment tasks under tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities: - Lead or support the migration of Exchange on-premises to Exchange Online - Assist with SharePoint Online migration and configuration - Support on-premises to Azure cloud migration, including infrastructure planning and execution - Participate in the deployment of Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and SharePoint Online environments - Collaborate with internal teams to design scalable, secure, and efficient M365 and Azure solutions - Troubleshoot and resolve issues during migration and deployment phases - Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to internal IT staff Required Skills & Experience: - Proven experience with Microsoft 365 migrations (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online) - Strong understanding of Azure infrastructure, including AVD deployment - Experience with cloud migration strategies and hybrid environments - Ability to work independently and with a team and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines - Excellent communication and collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications: - Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-100, MS-101, AZ-104, AZ-140) - Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation - Familiarity with Microsoft Endpoint Manager and Intune Top Skills' Details 1.
