Systems Engineer - MBSE with Security Clearance

Insight Global is actively hiring multiple MBSE Systems Engineers to join our team supporting a newly awarded Program in Huntsville, AL supporting the Missile Defense Agency. The selected candidates will work on a team of MBSE Systems Engineers responsible for designing, engineering, testing and validating the next generation systems in support of Missile Defense. A strong background with SysML, DOORS, Cameo and similar technologies will be critical for this role. Minimum job requirements include: Required Qualifications: - Active Secret Clearance - Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of experience or Master’s degree and 3 years of experience in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field. - Strong understanding of SysML, DOORS, CAMEO or similar tools used for software architecture, system integration, and interface design. - Experience with Agile development, DevSecOps pipelines, and model-based systems engineering (MBSE). - Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, GitLab, and Jenkins. Preferred Qualifications, but Not required: - Software Development skill specifically in C++ or Python - Experience with MDA systems such as GMD, Aegis BMD, THAAD, or C2BMC. Knowledge of missile defense system architectures, kill chain analysis, and threat modeling. INCOSE CSEP or equivalent certification. TS/SCI clearance or eligibility. Insight Global is hiring mid level to Principal level Engineers. We expect to pay 125K - 190K for these openings.
