Project Manager - IT with Security Clearance

POSITION: Project Manager - IT SCOPE: Serves as the onsite Project Manager providing leadership and managerial oversight of a major IT support contract for the Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC) at the Aberdeen Test Center (ATC). This is an onsite position with potential for hybrid telework. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Provide technical supervision to achieve project goals • Report on project status and identifying potential synergies or conflicts with other projects • Makes decisions and takes timely independent actions in pursuit of project priorities • Manage the end-to-end life cycle of the project • Schedule and host regular project status review meetings and customer meetings • Provide Project Status Reports and Financial updates on Projects/Programs being managed • Oversee the implementation of project tasks and milestones • Understand project priorities of the Program Manager and provide related recommendations for cost effective solutions/delivery • Interfacing with Government Stakeholders to elicit requirements and capture project activities • Coordinate and schedule the successful on-ramp/off-ramp of external project activities on behalf of the Program Manager QUALIFICATIONS: • 13 years combined. relevant experience in IT disciplines (e.g. Systems/Network Engineering and Cybersecurity or equivalent combination of education and experience • Knowledge of FISMA and the NIST Risk Management Framework • Experience in delivering and managing technical services to support Systems Engineering and Cybersecurity projects under the DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) • 5 years of experience leading 20 or more employees • Security (or equivalent DOD 8570.1 IAT II certification) and (1) Computing Environment certification in relevant field • DoD 8570 IAM III certification (e.g. CISM or CISSP certification) • (1) certification in the project management field (e.g., CompTIA Project or PMI certification, etc.) SECURITY CLEARANCE: Secret, with ability to obtain Top Secret if required.
