Job Description & Requirements Specialty: ED - Emergency Department Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/23/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Job Title: Registered Nurse – Emergency Department (Contract) Location: Ascension Macomb-Oakland Hospital, Warren Campus, MI Schedule: 36 hrs/week, 12-hr shifts | 7pm-730am Start: 09/23/2025 | End: 01/03/2026 | 13-week contract Overview: We are seeking experienced Emergency Department RNs to provide safe, compassionate care at Ascension Macomb-Oakland Hospital. The RN will deliver direct patient care in a Level III Trauma ED while working in a float position that may include ED and ED Observation units. Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency patients. Provide critical interventions and coordinate with interdisciplinary care teams. Monitor patient conditions and manage care for high-acuity cases. Support patients and families with education and care planning. Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with hospital standards.
