Type: Full-Time, Hybrid Salary Range: $310,000 $420,000 base bonus About the Opportunity Our client, a leading Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a Litigation Associate with 47 years of experience to join its nationally recognized Food & Beverage Industry team. This is a highly specialized role supporting clients across FDA regulatory compliance and enforcement, with a focus on food, beverage, cosmetic, and consumer product sectors. Youll advise on complex regulatory frameworks, collaborate with internal cross-disciplinary teams, and provide high-level counsel on compliance and risk mitigation strategies. This position is ideal for someone looking to grow within one of the most sophisticated regulatory litigation teams in the country. What Youll Do Provide regulatory advice on matters involving the FDA, including labeling, safety, product recalls, and compliance Advise clients across food, beverage, cosmetic, and consumer products on enforcement actions and risk mitigation Draft responses to regulatory inquiries and support litigation involving product claims or government investigations Work closely with partners and clients on high-stakes matters requiring precision and strategy Collaborate with colleagues across practice groups on multifaceted legal solutions What You Bring 47 years of relevant legal experience Background in FDA compliance and enforcement (required) Experience advising clients in the food, beverage, and consumer goods space JD from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials Excellent writing, research, and client communication skills Licensed to practice in D.C. or eligible to waive in Want to Stand Out?
