We are hiring an HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems while delivering exceptional customer service. Position : Residential HVAC Service Technician Pay : $25.00 - $35.00 per hour spiffs Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm with a rotating on call schedule Benefits: Colonial Life Insurance Cancer, dental, life, and accidental insurance 40 hours of vacation 6 paid holidays flex days 401K What you will be doing: Perform maintenance and repairs on residential heating and air conditioning systems. Provide excellent customer service and educate clients on HVAC options. Make product recommendations based on customer needs. Ensure quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards. Work efficiently during standard hours with occasional overtime based on seasonal demand. Relevant skills / Experience: 3 years of experience in residential HVAC service EPA Certification Valid Driver's License and insurable driving record Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols Preferred Qualifications: NATE Certification Check us out online: www.christianbrothersmechanical.com
