What We Offer Competitive Salary: £35,834 or £41,210 (depending on experience) Door-to-Door Pay Performance Bonus: Up to 4% Company Van (with personal use option) 25 days annual leave bank holidays Generous pension scheme (up to 6% matched contributions) Ongoing training & career development Life assurance, retail vouchers, and gym discounts Your Responsibilities Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on M&E systems Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and HVAC faults Ensure compliance with health & safety standards Provide technical support across multiple client sites Build strong working relationships with customers Mentor and support apprentices and junior engineers About You Recognised apprenticeship or qualification in M&E services/maintenance Previous experience in a similar role (retail or commercial background preferred) Essential qualification: F-Gas Cat 1 Desirable qualifications: 18th Edition, Test & Inspection Valid UK driving licence Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work independently Confident with IT systems and workload management Additional Information Field-based role with travel between client sites Weekend work on a rota basis Participation in on-call rota (1 in 4 weeks)
