This is a company where ambition is rewarded, and success is a team effort. As a Finance Broker, you will: Advise SMEs and HNW clients on bespoke finance solutions. Manage and convert warm inbound leads from the introducer network. Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders, introducers, and clients. Stay informed on market trends and product innovations. Adopt a consultative approach to meet revenue targets. Package and Benefits: The Finance Broker role comes with a competitive package: Annual salary of £30,000 with OTE of £60,000 in Year One and £100,000 in Year Two. The ideal Finance Broker will have: At least 1 year of experience as a Finance Broker or Sales Person within a Lender. Strong understanding of commercial lending products. An existing network of introducers is highly desirable. Proven track record in revenue generation and deal conversion. A resilient and ambitious mindset.
