Health And Safety Advisor

We’re looking for a proactive SHEQ Advisor to join our construction and maintenance team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong safety, health, environment, and quality experience who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced role. What You’ll Do Support operational teams with SHEQ compliance, training, inspections, and audits Deliver coaching and competency assessments for managers, operatives, and subcontractors Oversee incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions Maintain SHEQ documentation and ensure compliance with ISO 9001/14001/45001 standards Analyse SHEQ data, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement What We’re Looking For NEBOSH Construction (preferred) & IEMA/NEBOSH Environmental Certificate Qualified to deliver training (Asbestos, Manual Handling, Working at Heights, etc.) 5 years’ SHEQ experience within construction and/or building maintenance Strong communication, coaching, and auditing skills
