This is a very exciting role for an experienced Project Director to deliver a major flagship mixed use scheme valued over £300million. This is an opportunity of a lifetime for a Project Director to deliver an iconic project from start to finish which will be great for their career and progression opportunities. This main contractor has a respected name and are known for delivering quality at a large scale across residential, commercial and mixed use projects in the UK. This contractor can offer a great amount of growth and progression as they have a good pipeline of work and repeat client base. The ideal Project Director The ideal Project Director will need to have delivered a project in valued over £150million and have seen it from start to finish. This contractor is looking for dynamic and ambitious individuals with a drive for delivering operational excellence. This Project Director will have excellent client communication, be commercially astute and have a good understanding of design and experience delivering highly technical projects. As this is a tier one main contractor, the ideal Project Director will have come from a tier one background and be degree qualified or similar. Responsibilities of Project Director Working closely with the client ensuring project is on programme and to budget. Full responsibility of the project as a whole, managing a large operational, commercial and technical team and reporting to an Operations Director.
