Your Responsibilities As Test Lead, you will be responsible for: Leading and executing testing activities for EPR Healthcare implementation projects. Developing test plans, test cases, and scripts based on project requirements. Performing functional, integration, and user acceptance testing. Documenting and reporting test results with actionable insights. Collaborating with developers, analysts, and healthcare professionals. Communicating updates and gathering feedback from stakeholders. Identifying and escalating risks and issues. Supporting continuous improvement in testing processes. Mandatory Skills You will have a solid understanding of: EPR Healthcare implementation testing. Healthcare systems and workflows. Test reporting and documentation. Stakeholder communication. Testing tools and methodologies. Desirable Skills Ideally, you will be familiar with: Certifications in software testing or healthcare IT. Specific EPR systems used in healthcare settings.
