Commercial Property Solicitor | Exeter | 2 PQE This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated solicitor to join a growing Commercial Property team in Exeter. The firm has a strong regional reputation and a diverse client base, offering you the chance to build your expertise on a wide variety of property matters. The role You’ll manage your own caseload of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development work, while also supporting senior colleagues on larger and more complex matters. From day one, you’ll be trusted to work directly with clients, giving you plenty of exposure and the chance to grow lasting professional relationships. You’ll also have the opportunity to play a part in business development and local networking, contributing to the ongoing growth of the team while developing your own profile in the Exeter market.
