They are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join them who has a strong generalist background. As the HR Manager, you will be reporting to their highly experienced and engaging HR Director and will be managing and mentoring two HR Officers. You will work closely with managers across the business, build relationships and have a really broad remit in your day-to-day responsibilities. You will be responsible for your own client group, and support with ER, change management, engagement, talent, overseeing recruitment/managing relationships with agencies, assisting with compensation & benefits and payroll and also any ad hoc projects. You will need to demonstrate a hands-on approach, have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and have the ability to manage relationships at all levels across the business.
