Groundworker SSSTS

We are seeking an experienced Groundworks Supervisor to oversee a small team of 3 groundworkers on an active construction site. The current project involves underpinning works, so prior experience in underpinning is essential. Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3 groundworkers. * Ensure underpinning works are carried out safely and to specification. * Monitor progress and report to site management. * Maintain site safety, compliance, and quality standards. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Groundworks Supervisor. * Strong background in underpinning. * Ability to manage and direct a small team effectively. * Good communication and site management skills. * CSCS (and other relevant site tickets/certifications) preferred
