Site Manager

TXM Recruit is working in partnership with a world renown and award-winning FM Company. They are expanding and enhancing their teams on site at one of their key accounts are looking for a Site Manager to join a Ground Source Heat Pump refurbishment project on a public building. Long term project, phase 1 & 2 expected to run for 18 months. We are looking for someone ideally from a mechanical background who has experience both in site management and working on ground source heat pump projects. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES * Oversee the installation of ground source heat pumps. * Manage all activity during the project on the closed loop GSHP system, plantroom, internal distribution, and PV system. * Manage all M&E labour on site. * Liaise with key stakeholders and clients including frequent updates on the progress of the project. Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week Pay £260 Per day CIS. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE * Relevant mechanical trade background (NVQ) * Experience managing Ground Source/Air Source Heat Pump projects. * SMSTS * First-Aid * Temporary works certificate (desired) If you would be interested in finding out more, please apply and a consultant from our team will be in touch
