The business is now seeking a Trainee Estimator to join their team in Poole. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with strong numerical ability and an interest in construction or glazing, looking to begin their career in estimating within a supportive and professional environment. The successful candidate will assist the sales team by producing accurate estimates, handling quotation requests, and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently. Trainee Estimator - Benefits Salary up to £26,000 per annum (DOE) 28 days holiday including Bank Holidays Tax-free Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) bonus Free gym membership Pension scheme Free onsite parking Professional training and development Significant career progression opportunities Office-based in Poole Monday - Friday working hours Trainee Estimator - Role Overview Produce accurate estimates for the sales team Take ownership of incoming quotation requests via phone and email Enter estimates into the Logikal system and support in maximising conversions Ensure administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time Liaise closely with the sales team to support business growth Trainee Estimator - Requirements Strong numerical and analytical skills (mathematics qualifications advantageous) Good communication skills, both written and verbal High attention to detail and accuracy in work Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks IT literate, with the ability to learn industry-specific systems (training provided) Proactive, enthusiastic, and keen to learn Based within commuting distance of PooleBennett and Game Recruitment are a multi-disciplined technical recruitment agency based in Chichester, West Sussex operating across the UK with specialist teams covering a range of industries.
