Property Maintenance Handyperson / Multi Trade

Our client provides asset and property management services to the rental apartment sector in Walton-On-Thames. They are looking for a handyperson with multi-trade style skills to assist them taking an apartment from the state of move out ready for the next tenant to move in. Also, you be carrying out re-active maintenance tasks such as repairs in tenanted properties. Must have own van & tools, experience, this is a temp / ongoing contract for the right person, must live local to Walton-On-Thames, must have multi tasks such as plumbing, tiling, painting & decorating, carpentry, kitchen fitting Must be hard working and reliable Duties will include property repairs and general maintenance such as (this is not an exhaustive list); Re-active maintenance Hanging doors Skirting Kitchens Painting & Decorating Basic plumbing Carpentry Skills Customer service Well presented Hard working Experienced Reliable
