We're seeking a driven professional to oversee two exciting schemes ranging from £5M to £15M in value, spanning sectors such as education, health care, hospitality, and commercial. Lead all pre- and post-contract activities, including procurement, contract negotiation, and project close-out. Manage site teams and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and safety-first culture. Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships and ensure project expectations are met.
