Painter

PRS are looking for an experienced Painter and Decorator to carry out external painting and decorating, preparation works to windows and doors, and minor repairs to surfaces and structures before decorating/painting. You'll be erecting access equipment as required, with appropriate training and all necessary access plant and temporary screening as and when required to protect the environment and people. You'll monitor decorating material stock and request new stock as required, ensure all works are carried out within the approved budget and all painting and decorating equipment is best utilized and kept clean and reused. The ideal candidate will hold a recognized qualification or have a minimum of 2 years checkable experience in Painting and preferably has served a recognized apprenticeship. You'll be organized, and self-motivated and have good communication and customer service skills.
