Multi Trade Operative

Multi Trade Required - Bristol Experienced Multi Trade required in Bristol to work on social housing properties, mainly doing disrepair response work in South Bristol. Salary will be between £34-35,000 per annum van and fuel card. Multi Trade Day to Day: All aspects of domestic responsive maintenance work Completing a variety of works in various all trades Driving a company van safely Reporting to your supervisor Going to various jobs in the day completing repairs Speaking with customers keeping them at ease Explaining work to customers and managing their expectations Logging your work on a tablet Multi Trade Requirements: Good multi trade experience Previous experience working within social housing Good attitude Honest and reliable Full UK driving license DBS will be done for successful candidate This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy and well liked contractor and have continuous work in Bristol area.
