Temporary Caretaker - Student Accommodation (Dundee) £14.10 per hour | Dundee | Temporary - Up to 3 Weeks | Driving Desirable We are currently seeking an experienced Caretaker to support the maintenance and upkeep of a student accommodation site in Dundee. This is a temporary role lasting up to 3 weeks, with an immediate start available. Key Responsibilities: General upkeep and maintenance of the building and grounds Minor repairs, cleaning of communal areas, and reporting of faults Assisting with room checks and ensuring site safety Supporting move-in and move-out processes as needed Requirements: Previous caretaking experience is essential Experience in a social housing environment is highly desirable Good communication and problem-solving skills A driving licence is desirable but not essential Start Date: ASAP Please call Adam on (phone number removed) Or email your CV to INDPS
