Project Manager M&E London | Circa £70,000 Package | ASAP Start We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) expertise to join a project in Central London. My client specialises in delivering M&E packages across a diverse range of projects, including commercial, domestic, healthcare, and fit-out sectors. With a reputation for quality and reliability, we are looking for a driven individual to help us continue building on our success. The Role: * Lead and manage M&E projects from inception to completion. * Oversee site teams and subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. * Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and customer satisfaction throughout each project. * Prepare and monitor programmes, budgets, and project documentation. * Ensure compliance with health & safety and industry regulations. About You: * Proven experience as a Project Manager within the M&E sector. * Strong technical knowledge across both mechanical and electrical systems. * Excellent organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Ability to work to deadlines under pressure, maintaining attention to detail. * Some travel requirements are expected so full UK driving license is essential.
