Site Manager-Scunthorpe

Our client, a top regional contractor who turn over in excess of £400m have the need for a Site Manager to work on Anglia Water schemes which include re instatement works, Streetworks and Installing new Water Mains into housing developments. They are looking for someone in the Scunthorpe area who can oversee up to 3 projects and undertake the paperwork for this, deal with design queries, manage the teams and ensure the projects are run to time and budget. To be considered for this role, you will hold SMSTS, NRSWA, CSCS and ideally EUSR however training can be provided for this. You will also have Utilities and Repair and Maintenance exposure with Water ideal and gained with main Contractors. In return, a top day rate is on offer along with an immediate start and ongoing contract for the right individual.
