Internals Site Manager

We are recruiting for an experienced Internals Site Manager to work on a high-rise project in Manchester city centre on a freelance basis. The ideal candidate will have previous multi room experience with a focus on internal packages including kitchens, bathrooms, dry lining, joinery, fire stopping etc. You will work alongside colleagues to drive jobs on site while maintaining high standards of health and safety, maintaining excellent record keeping, and keeping clients regularly updated on progress. Benefits: * Long term freelance role (circa 10 months) * Free parking * Supportive work environment * Great team environment Requirements: * Management of internal packages including: Kitchens; Bathrooms; Dry lining; Flooring; Joinery; Fire stopping. * Work on quality assurance / control. * Coordinate and manage trades / subcontractors. * Ensure all operational and client requirements are met in a timely manner. * Ensure all health and safety standards are maintained at all times. * Induct new employees / subcontractors and follow up with toolbox talks. * Identify, review and implement the client’s critical factors for the project. Requirements: * Must have in date tickets – CSCS, SMSTS and 1st Aid. * Must have direct experience on multiroom projects. * Must have direct experience with internal packages
