First Fix Tasks May Include: Installing structural timber work (stud walls, joists, noggins, trimmers). Fitting door frames, window boards, and casings. Preparing openings for staircases and services. Ensuring correct allowances for plastering and finishes. Second Fix Tasks May Include: Hanging doors and fitting ironmongery. Installing skirting boards, architraves, and mouldings. Fitting stair parts, handrails, and balustrades. Installing cabinetry, shelving, and bespoke joinery as required. General Requirements: Work accurately from drawings and measurements. Maintain a clean and safe working area. Liaise with site manager and other trades to ensure smooth progress. Use appropriate tools and fixings for all tasks. Deliver workmanship to agreed deadlines and quality standards
