Assistant Site Manager Location: West Midlands, Staffordshire, Burton upon Trent Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Monday to Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm Primary Industry: Construction - New Build Housing Salary: £43,000 - £50,000 per annum Benefits: Car allowance/company car, fuel allowance, private pension scheme, private healthcare, life assurance, additional benefits Company: A Leading Housing Developer recognised for their 5-star reputation and sustainable homes are looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join their team in Burton. Job Description: Assist the Site Manager in overseeing all on-site construction activities Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times Supervise subcontractors and tradespeople on site Coordinate and manage site logistics and resources Monitor and report on project progress and quality standards Required Qualifications: SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) First Aid Certification Valid Driving Licence Scaffold Certification Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within the house building sector Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of house building processes and regulations Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Good problem-solving abilities Working Conditions: On-site work in various weather conditions Regular travel between sites may be required Full-time hours Monday to Friday If you are interested in learning more about this opportunity, call Chloe on (phone number removed) TCH 01
