Role Responsibilities: Develop and maintain client relationships through telesales, social media, trade events, and networking. Offer a range of finance solutions, including asset finance, commercial loans, invoice finance, and property finance. Analyse financial requirements and key documentation to understand clients needs fully. Draft compelling proposal documents and applications. Research and evaluate prospects before engagement. Maintain high standards of professional conduct in all communications. Stay vigilant against fraud and money laundering, reporting any concerns promptly. Adhere to the principles of Treating Customers Fairly in all dealings. Share expertise and best practices to support other Account Managers and the wider team. Candidate Profile: Proven background in the finance sector, ideally as a Finance Broker or intermediary. Proactive and dedicated, with a strong desire to thrive in a growing team. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both oral and written. Committed to continuous personal development and professional conduct.
