We offer a range of award-winning training schemes, quality standards, and social policy support, campaigning to improve the lives of people in Northern Ireland. Advice NI also provides services directly to the public in the area of welfare, immigration, money and debt and digital inclusion programmes. We are now looking for a Training Administrator to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 35 hours per week. The Role As a Training Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to our Training Function, acting as the first point of contact for all enquiries. Specifically, you will ensure the smooth delivery of training by overseeing email enquiries, organising facilities and logistics for programmes, monitoring uptake, and maintaining accurate training records. Alongside this, you will also manage our training systems, providing technical support and troubleshooting issues where required. Supporting quality assurance processes, you will monitor training evaluations, liaise with colleagues on feedback, and work closely with tutors and learners to ensure a high standard of service. Additionally, you will: - Support Finance with training invoice information - Monitor and update the training section of the Advice NI website - Contribute to the annual Training Needs Analysis and training communications - Assist with the implementation of operational and strategic plans - Assist with quality checks, compliance monitoring, and complaint handling About You To be considered as a Training Administrator, you will need: - Proven experience of working in administration, ideally within a training, education, or learning environment - Experience in data entry, data analysis and maintaining detailed administrative records - Demonstrated experience of managing a Learning Management System (LMS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System, Content Management System, or similar systems - Demonstrable experience of working with multiple stakeholders - Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to emerging issues in a fast-paced environment - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Familiarity with data protection legislation (including GDPR) and confidentiality requirements - Respect for diversity, equality, and inclusion - Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and technologies - Minimum of a Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in ICT, Business Administration, Education/Training or a related field - To be organised, proactive, adaptable, and people-focused with the ability to thrive under pressure and build great relationships Other organisations may call this role Training Support Administrator, Learning and Development Administrator, Training Co-ordinator, Education Administrator, or Programme Support Administrator.
