Fabric Engineer

Position: Fabric Engineer Salary: £34 - £36k per annum Contract: Permanent Weekly Hours: 40 On-call: 1 in 5 Standby: 4:30 PM - 10 PM, not regular callouts Weekly standby payment: £150 1 week in 4 weekend work 9am until 6pm Call out rate: 1.5 Holiday: 25 days plus bank holidays Company benefits and pension Company van and fuel card provided All work is local in Coventry Location: Coventry A growing Building Services Company is recruiting a Multi-Skilled Fabric Engineer to cover leisure centre sites across Coventry. Key Responsibilities: Perform building maintenance repairs Conduct building Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM). Utilise relevant experience in building maintenance tasks. Qualifications & Experience: Relevant experience in building fabric repairs is essential.
