Key Responsibilities * Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction industry * Conduct site visits with new and existing clients * Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders and partners * Deliver tailored proposals and persuasive presentations to win new contracts * Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity * Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure excellent service delivery * Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities * Achieve sales and revenue targets while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction What We’re Looking For * Proven success in business development or sales, ideally in CCTV/Security within construction * Strong understanding of the construction industry's security needs * Confident communicator with excellent negotiation and presentation skills * Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment * Results-oriented and capable of working independently
