Responsibilities include: Delivering live online support to learners via virtual classrooms (video and chat) Planning and recording engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons for online use Providing tailored academic feedback and guidance to support learner progress Offering face-to-face teaching and mentoring to small groups of students Communicating with partner schools about student engagement, behaviour, and progress Collaborating with colleagues to develop and improve teaching resources and practices Participating in ongoing CPD to stay current with best teaching methods Adhering to safeguarding protocols and promoting a safe learning environment Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) A degree in English, Maths, Science, or a related subject A current enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one) Strong communication, organisational, and IT skills Experience in alternative provision or online teaching is desirable but not essential Why Choose Trust Education?
